WHICH MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
​We only work with 14k and 18k solid gold and conflict-free lab-grown diamonds or natural diamonds upon request. Other precious stones come from ethically vetted suppliers.

ARE YOU USING VERMEIL OR PLATED GOLD?
No, we only use solid gold (14k or 18k) in our jewelry to ensure it stays intact for everyday wear.

CAN I CHOOSE BETWEEN LAB-GROWN AND NATURAL DIAMONDS FOR MY BESPOKE PIECE?
Yes of course, you can choose whatever gemstone or diamond you like. During our consultation meeting we will evaluate which better suits you.
All our diamonds from .50ct will come with the IGI or GIA certification.

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELS?
We suggest not wearing any fine jewelry piece especially engagement rings and tennis pieces while showering, working out or using cleaning agents.

WHICH ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?​​
We offer multiple ways to pay for your items and accept most common credit cards.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COSTS?
We are offering a FREE INSURED shipping until the end of the year!
Then, we will offer a free shipping for orders above € 1.500.
For all the other orders, shipping will costs:
- Italy € 25
- Islands € 30
- All the world € 35

All shipments are insured and require a direct signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes, and customers are responsible for shipping charges on any undeliverable or bounced packages.
We ship internationally on most items. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these Import Fees. If you refuse an international shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any Import Fees, and the return shipping—these charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
