Shipping & timing

If the item is in stock, please consider 3-5 business days for the order to be processed.

If the item needs to be create, we estimate a lead time of 3 - 4 weeks to be crafted and shipped. Each creation is unique and handcrafted, so the delivery time may vary slightly. Personalized or engraved pieces can take 4+ weeks. 

You will be informed via email when the order will leave our warehouse. ​

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday at the following times: 10am- 6pm CET. Orders made during the weekend will be processed form the following Monday. Orders made during bank holidays will be processed the first following working day.

Delivery time in Italy is usually 4/5 working day.Please note that this time is orientative, we cannot be accountable for delays caused by meteorological conditions, holidays or customs: shipping time refers to business days only and it starts from the notification “your order has shipped” e-mail.

If you prefer, you can pick your order up. Just select it in the checkout area.​ We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method or local pickup (for Piacenza only) during checkout.

Returns

We sincerely hope that you will be satisfied with any product(s) you purchase from us. 

Please note that each piece of jewelry is handcrafted to order.

Due to the personalized nature of our pieces, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

Shipping costs

We are offering a FREE INSURED shipping until the end of the year!

Then, we will offer a free shipping for orders above € 1.500.

For all the other orders, shipping will costs:

- Italy € 25

- Islands € 30

- All the world € 35

All shipments are insured and require a direct signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes, and customers are responsible for shipping charges on any undeliverable or bounced packages.

We ship internationally on most items. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these Import Fees. If you refuse an international shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any Import Fees, and the return shipping—these charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
